LEADERSHIPChief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Jennings Staley brings healthcare leadership and firsthand med spa operating experience to We Treat. In the United States Air Force, he served as Internal Medicine White Team Element Chief at Wilford Hall Medical Center, overseeing a 23-person team and improving systems and performance. He later owned and operated six medical spas in Southern California, building practical experience in healthcare operations, aesthetic telehealth, and the demands of running a growing business.
His aesthetic background includes the Allergan Pharmaceutical Master Injector designation, CoolSculpting certification, and training through Quanta Systems and Hormone Therapy Centers of America. At We Treat, he applies that experience to connected compliance systems and practice technology. His focus is on using AI to simplify work, connect information, and help owners and teams manage their businesses with clearer processes and more time for the people they serve.
Amanda brings firsthand experience operating a chain of six medical spas across Southern California. She helps owners understand their business, identify their pillars of profit, and put technology and systems in place to support sustainable growth.
America brings more than 20 years in aesthetics and experience building and managing a seven-figure medical spa in Carlsbad, California. Her background as a licensed esthetician and owner-operator informs her practical approach to clinical protocols, business management, and team operations.
Carolyn brings 11 years of medical spa experience, including managing high-end and multi-location practices. She helps teams get up to speed, use their technology effectively, and build smooth day-to-day operations.
Yasmeena brings more than a decade of experience launching practices and operating a multi-million-dollar, multi-location brand in San Diego. She guides owners through buildout, clinical workflows, team training, and sales models with a focus on thoughtful practice development.
Sonia brings extensive industry experience, including work as a med spa patient care coordinator and in a hospital setting. Her passion for customer service, beauty, and aesthetics shapes her welcoming approach to supporting clients as a Spa Advisor.
